Update rates (admin)

1. Download the rates spreadsheet

Opens in Excel. Each row is one line of the rate card. Change prices and descriptions, or add, delete and reorder rows. Keep the ID column as it is, and leave it blank for new rows. Type is one of SECTION, SUB (grey bar), GROUP (bold label), ITEM, NOTE (red text), TEXT (black text) or IMAGE. Leave all three rate cells blank to show “PLEASE INQUIRE”.

2. Upload your edited spreadsheet

In Excel, use File › Save As › CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited). Uploading updates this window so you can check the preview first.

3. Card text

4. Publish the updated app

Downloads a new copy of this app with the updated rates built in. Replace the copy on SharePoint with it. Rate cards that reps already saved still open and keep their own price changes.
